  • Scheduling calls (Calendly): data you provide when booking a call (e.g. name, email, meeting details). This is processed via Calendly as a separate service.
  • Technical logs: standard server logs such as IP address, date and time of request, requested URL, and basic browser information, collected by our hosting and infrastructure providers for security and operational purposes.

3. Why We Process Your Data (Legal Basis)

We process your personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases under the GDPR:

  • Handling inquiries: to read and respond to your messages sent via the contact form or email.
    Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in communicating with potential and existing clients (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

    Legal basis: your consent and, where relevant, taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Security and operation of the website: to ensure the website is secure and functions correctly (e.g. preventing abuse, troubleshooting issues).
